《代碼破譯者》講述了主角的姐姐(如果選女性主角的話就是哥哥)在六年前的某天墜樓自殺，一直熱愛(ài)著姐姐(哥哥)的主角也從那天起陷入了無(wú)盡的痛苦之中。然而就在主角高考結(jié)束之后的某天，主角突然收到了一封電子郵件，郵件的寄信人竟是已經(jīng)死去的姐姐(哥哥)。哥哥(姐姐)在郵件中稱自己的自殺另有隱情，真相就隱藏在姐姐(哥哥)曾經(jīng)讀過(guò)的“連?？萍即髮W(xué)”中。然而死去的人怎么會(huì)寄來(lái)電子郵件呢？為了追尋真相，主角考入了信中提到的大學(xué)，加入了姐姐(哥哥)曾經(jīng)待過(guò)的學(xué)生會(huì)，并與這個(gè)學(xué)校傳說(shuō)的黑客組織C.O.D.E.進(jìn)行了一系列交鋒。 游戲以養(yǎng)成和解謎為核心，您會(huì)以大學(xué)生的身份在虛構(gòu)的世界中與伙伴度過(guò)每一天，每一天的行動(dòng)完全由玩家自己決定，并且行動(dòng)也會(huì)影響最終的結(jié)局，還會(huì)有服飾和道具等諸多收集要素等待玩家去發(fā)現(xiàn)。
